the past 3 days my truck has been blowing out white smoke when i take off and when its ideling...any idea's what could be the problem?

check the oil see if there is anti-freeze in your oil or check rad might have oil in anti-freeze

 

injector white smoke is raw fuel mine white smokes when its cold and i get on it. does it do it all the time or only when its cold?

 

Would be head gasket on a Gas engine, not only thing it could be on a Diesel ! May just be water in your fuel, have you changed your filter lately? Air in your lines will make light gray. Don't panic, it's prob. not anything bad. Change your fuel filter, bleed your lines, and go from there.

 

Slipped timing or bad overflow valve

12 valves with the p pump are notorius for sliping timing. the gear is just pressed on the shaft of the pump with a nut. check compression of all cylinders. coolant system pressure test.
