Default Oil leak under injection pump.

Need some help here, have a leak under the injection pump that I can not pinpoint, any help would be greatly appreciated.

it could be the fuel pump
or the afc housing are all your screws in the afc housing

did you check your tappet cover? where is your breather tube?

mine happened when the oil pressure sending unit started leaking thru the plug, weird i know,,

your best bet to find a leak like that is to go get you some good degreaser and soak it then wash all that oil off so its all clean. Then watch it over the next day or so and you should be able to see excactly where its coming from

Thanks for all the advice, I cleaned it off with some break cleaner yesterday, and have put about 50 miles on the truck since and the leak has yet to reacure. So maybe it's just a slow accumulation.

I used the low pressure engine bay degreaser at the local car wash and it did wonders. Mine was leaking out the tappet cover and vacuum pump to timing cover seal.

My tappet cover is leakin pretty good. When i fix it I was told i will have to retime the motor? Others say I don't. I need some advice. I'll be starting the project this wweekend.

no, unless you remove the pump to get it off.
