Powertracks makes a good street locker for the D60's. If you looking for the best ARB air lockers are the way to go ... only problem is there not cheep

Anything that locks the front axle together on your truck while in 4x4 will make it virtually undrivable. It will want to go straight ahead all the time and you will likely rip your steering box off the frame (already have issues with this without a locked front end) in short order.

I recommend either a Detroit Truetrac (geared front locker, which still allows steering) or one of the selectable lockers like an ARB, that lets you run open most of the time, just locking in for obstacles or pulls. Of the two, for me at least, it is the ARB hands down. Full spool when you need it and disapears when you don't.

Otherwise, to plant the tires harder, you need to control axle wrap with some sort of traction bar device.

Wow I had no idea. I thought every d60 was a locker :headscratch:

I've never seen a diesel only spinning one front tire.
