wut
First...Spell Check, learn it and use it.
Second...You were making a comment about how bad you truck was by telling Dan he would be second if you came to town.I was mearley stating that I am in your area alot and it seems if it was then the local diesel heads would know you or see you, correct?.Guys who make big power and slay competition area always talked about around their respective towns.Thats all I was saying and the busting your stones flew right over your head.

ive been driving mine around for almost two years now and havent found truck around my area that moves like mine. except my brothers 7.3l
Dan...
Since many of us know how poorly a 7.3L runs if your comparing yours to it and saying his moves out like yours then you need to go back to the tuning bench.A 7.3L should be nothing for a twinned 12v to worry about or for it even to get close to.

and why do real men run singles? are they not good fabricators or what?
Has zero to do with fabrication.Anyone can make power with a twinned 12v but tuning is needed to make the same power with a big single. Then throw in how hard the big single hits when it lights, there is no comparison.

and im pretty sure "around here" is nowhere near WV or NY. so im not the one running my mouth in this thread, "ANDY"
Yawn.....Missed your head also I see.

right now a super 40 over a ht3b turbo.but looking for more of an s300 based charger for up top
WHY???..
The combo you have with the proper pump work, injectors and tuning is good for up to and over 800hp if you have the wallet to seek the parts to do it.There is no need to waste anymore money on another charger, unless its burning a hole in your wallet.I have seen a 40/3B combo make well into the high 700's on fuel and the high 900's with a small shot of giggle gas on JetPilot's old Bottle Rocket before he sold it.

my buddy has a 12 valve conversion on his 05 ford f250. the motor has a cutted afc with no plate. super hx40 turbo pushing about 52 psi of boost max, and 24.5 degrees of timing. no studs no nothing. stock headgasket and stock head bolts.
The song...."Living On Borrowed Time" should be hummed while reading that post.
Lets see here, high timing,no studs,no o-rings,stock headgasket and bolts, and driving a HX40 way past the 40psi map so he is also adding super heated air instead of a cool air charge. When that thing lets go its going to need more work than just a headgasket/o-ring job and I am guessing that he doesn't care about what the tops of his pistons look like since he prefers hot air.Can you say...DUMBAZZ!

i agree hammer. i told him many of times that he will blow it up.
im not a fan of powerstrokes, but this thing rips no lie.
and my truck would beat his. but the point ill make now is. all my brother has is a 400 dp tuner chip. and a 200$ valve body. the point im trying to make. is for only them two mods, it rocks and rolls hardcore. both my buddys have 12 valves with 2000$ built trannys, fuel plates, 4gsk, aftermarket turbo, valve springs. and his truck would waste them. cant mash the pedal without leave marks through 3rd gear. but i dont know why you wouldnt want twins? fast spool up, high boost on the top end? best of both worlds. and if i remember correctly, you told me to get a s300 based charger a while back.

Wait he has a 7.3?? I thought he had a 6.0? A 7.3 w/ any custom tuner isn't going to make more than 300-305hp to the crank w/ the stock turbo my friend. A plated 12v will WALK a 7.3. I would know; I had a 6spd 7.3

Speaking of "mearley" spell checking my posts,
Wow...
Your pretty good,I wondered if you would find that mistake I left you.
Lunch eh.....
Question for you and afterwards we could break some bread......
How far would you go to win?.....
I have been known to leave parts scattered just for glory, are you prepared for that?.

A 7.3 w/ any custom tuner isn't going to make more than 300-305hp to the crank w/ the stock turbo my friend.
Thank You!

you guys are funny. and no my borther has a 7.3L not a 6.0 its a 99.
maby the motor dont make that much power. but atleast the ford tranny can lay all that power to the ground. and a dodge auto does is sit there and spill its guts and dont even move the truck. that is, unless you drop 3 grand into it. the ford autos are bullet proof.
infact i may even be trading my nv4500 for my buddys 5100 torqshift with a suncoast tripple disk convertor that is already compatible with a 12v no parts needed. i just dont have the time now.

dont get me wrong guys, im am loyal and love dodge and especially cummins.
but i love my bros rig

Parts scattered for glory? Thats as far as you'd go to win? Chit.. I go as far to remove 2 tires from my dually, my spare, and my metric tool set from the cab to get the edge on being the lightest!

Ford trannies aren't quite bulletproof.. anything more than a tuner intake and exhaust and that trans is going kablooey. Granted, it doesn't take 4-5g to rebuild one.. all you need is a valvebody and tc. But still. As much as a bull the 7.3 is, it's NOT made for power and would NOT touch a cummins thats been turned up
