part identity help?
long time lurker,first time poster.
i just aquired a 95 3500 5sp truck and i am going thru all the normal post purchase check stuff.
on the the drivers side inner fender is a vacuum valve with the hose attached and 3 wires coming out of it. some one had cut the wires. i reconnected them but i cant find in my crapp haynes (yah,i know) manual what it does.
thanks for any help!

My guess would be cruise control or a low vacuum warning switch. I know the '90's model Fords had low vacuum warning switches that looked very similar to that...although every one I've ever owned never warned me of low vacuum
