If you go with the 4k spring kit you'll need 60lb valves springs to keep the valves from floating, that is if you go over 3200 RPM. And if we're working on the pump might as well change out the rack plug and tune your afc

the plug increasing the rack travel in the afc to allow additional fueling. Its a cheap mod, about $12 for puredieselpower.com

No problem. If you hurry now, L&N is selling governor spring kits for 90 and you can add the valve springs for anothoer 108. The deal on the governor spring is definiely worth it.
