I did not have a Dollar in my truck and was putting 370 to the wheels. on a 97 5sp but i also was running some high Egts and still am with a stock turbo
how high of egts wre you running and what did you have done???

Thanks guys for the information, i think im getting a 175 5speed truck so i just want to make sure im not making a mistake on trading my 180hp 97 cummins for a 175hp 5speed
I flipped the washers, replaced the the lipped washer with a flat one ( so I had 2 flat washers), screwed the pre boost screw all the way out, ground .090 off the barrel, put one of my old gov springs in, tuned the starwheel with shop air to fully open @ 30 psi, and added a little thin washer behind one of the 2 diaphram washers. when on the truck the afc housing is almost all the way back ( to the cab).

350rwhp is no problem with any ppump
