Default What's the difference from a Ford F250 and F450?

Hi, I been looking on Craigslist here in South Florida, and i have seen Ford F250 and F450 Diesel Pickups what's the real difference? Did Ford manufacture F450 models with the 7.3 L engine?

I saw a newer F450 pickup with 4 doors, and dump body which would be perfect for my mango farm use, but have'nt seen old 7.3L pickups with option. I am not rich so I can't afford to spend $30,000. on a new truck!

Thanks,
Paul

Suspension is the main difference. Engine, trans, and transfer case if applicable are the same.
