ohh didnt know if it was something made just for that or what. it didnt look like normal rtv though. it was to bright. looked like someone painted it with pastels or something

 

well guys i finally got my case back today, its welded back together pretty damn good, n the whole free part was a plus, gonna start puttin my baby back together tomorrow after work. i need specs for valve lash, back lash on the gears, as well as any other important measurements. this aint my first rodeo, but its the first time that stuff like this actually mattered.

oh n torque specs for just about everything, injection pump gear, rockers, harmonic balancer, n the case bolts too. thank you all for your help through all this, definitely couldn't have done it without DB

 

I'm tearing into mine tomorrow if time allows. Mine has a oil leak under the crank, praying its just the crank seal and the dowel pin isn't the cause of the leak. I'm not driving it till i address the pin.
