if the 370's are there normal 155* spray pattern them timing will make a huge diffference, it will keep them in the bowl. normal 370's run great arround 16-17* but I'm not sure if II's 370 are 145* or 155*.

the II 370's aren't the spray that marine's are they are the correct pattern. so i should bump the timing big and keep going bigger? haha

I would still bump it to at least 16*

oh hell with studs and rings id take her all the way to 20*, im getting mine set at 20* when winter is over

its gunna be close i thought once you go past 22* it wasnt spraying in the bowel

well i fixed my heat problem. it was because the jam nut came off the number 2 intake valve so the valve wasn't even opening or closing. i found it like that when i went to do my retorque yesterday.
