no it doesn't,that's why i told you to do it the way i did,that way you get the max the afc will allow.

WELL PLATES FULL FORWARD WASTE GATE IS PLUGED UNTIL I GET A BOOST ELBOW ,, MY BOOST WENT UP ALL THE WAY TO 30 AND WAS CLIMBING I DIDNT WANNA BLOW NOTHING SO I DIDNT PUSH IT,,,,, NOW FOR THE STAR WHEEL THAT THING IS ALL THE WAY TO THE FRONT (OF ENGINE) CAN BARLEY SEE IT I NEVER TOUCHED THE THING AND THE WHEEL WONT MOVE EITHER DIRECTION CAN ANBODY LET ME KNOW WHERE ITS SUPOSE TO BE I WANT LITTLE MORE FUEL?

it doesn't control how much fuel you get,it only controls where you get it.with it all the way foreward,you're getting lots down bottom.take a screwdriver and pry against the teeth,it'll move.it'll move a little easier when you get it back some.

i would take the spring completely out,control the fuel with ur foot
