Default turbo here advice!

ok guys my new hx35/40 hybrid got here today and i cant wait to paint and put it in.
i already have a new turbo/manifold gasket.

do i need any gaskets for the oil inlet or return line?
i used pb blaster but any other tips or ways to break the bolts loose? special tools?
should i bloack the wastegate right off the bat?
any input please!

you shouldnt have to do anything with the oil drail line. other than maybe cut some off. i had to cut 3 inches of the drain tube and use some 3/4 blue high temp heter hose to run it to the block. the oil suply you dont need to mess with. soak the turbo bolts with pb blast for a few minuts then they shold break free. the turbo nuts are 15mm and the v-band clamps are 11mm

do you just take the nuts off the bolts and the turbo pops off?
cause the studs look like there fixed in the manifold.
like flexible tubing for high heat purposes?

yes once you pop the nuts off and the two v-band clamps the turbo will fall right off. as for the oil drian the turbo that was on the truck when i bought it was a WH1C off a 1st gen then i put the hybrid on and the drain sat a good inch back
