when i cured my death wobble all mine was was the track bar issue, my brothers on the other hand was wheel bearings and ball joints. my buddies was tires and another budys was caused by tie rod ends only. it depends on the truck with what the issue is. ive seen guys replace all of the above and still have it and it ends up being the stearing box. check ever part under the truck for play, you find play you find a cuase of seath wobble

hear is a list of items to look at: trackbar-play in ball joint, ball joints- play up or down, wheel bearings- play back and forth, stearing stabilizer, control arm bushings, stearing box-play when you turn, swaybar links, tires-any abnormal wear or tire rot, tie rod ends- any play at all

Go read through this thread and will tell you everything that to date has been found to cause the Death Wobble. Near the end is a consolidated list of causes but there is some great info scattered all through the thread. https://www.dieselbombers.com/5-9l-2...d-rebuild.html

guys sway bar links can not cause anything even close to death wobble.
the steering stabilizer is not a cause either. a good steering set up does not require a steering stabilizer. all it does is help prevent jammed fingers when hitting something.
steering boxes cant cause death wobble in its true form either. the box would have to have over 2" of play to come even close.
Half of the people that say they have death wobble dont really have it. they have a pretty violent shake but nothing compared to true death wobble
some parts can help but parts like a steering brace and stabilizer are band aids
