I am thinking of shortening mine. I did not have bad wheel hop before, but now I can make it hop if I want to. I believe the bars are flexing. Ladder bars would not flex at all.

yes i didn't mention that,DOM(drawn over mandrel)tubing is the best.you don't have the seam inside to deal with and less likely to split as there is no seam, plus it's usually sraighter than reg.tubing.

hey guys i have a lifted 99' 2500 the spring are add a leaf over stock with overloads and airbags. how can i tell if i have axle wrap. i'm runnin a edge with hot unlock, airdog 150, h/o vp44 and BD single super "B". and a trans built by a friend with a race converter of a stall 350rpm below stock. and best e/t 1/4 mile is a 14.8 at 102mph btw i'm rolling on some 36x13x16 toyo open countrys. Also other thing i've nothiced is it feels i'm makin a **** load of boost and my guage only show 28psi on the edge, is that a correct reading of the stock map sensor? reason i ask is my father's 05 dodge edge would only read to about 28 and his mechanical boost gauge was 55psi. we were runnin a nasty tune and one of phat shafts turbos so we knew the boost was correct. one last thing is on the 47re where is everyone shifting at on there WOT shifts going down the track. thinkin of putting a softer throttle valve spring in the valve body cause my shifts are held till 3100rpm and by then your out of the torque and hp curve. any advice?

BTW 94cummins12v....
I'd bet money you do NOT have 11ft long bars on your truck at all.The ones on mine are 98 inches and stretch from the rear axle all the way to where the transmission crossmember is located. If yours were 11ft long then they would mount at the locating points for the front suspension. At times your posts are so full of BS they are no help at all...... Andy
..........ya but it says its a 96 F350....SO Maybe they are 11 feet ...dam!!
