Default fuel plate

so last night i moved the stock plate and afc housing full foward.. broke off the head from the break of screw. tonight i was thinkin of grinding my own #100 plate. what are the pros n cons of a #100 plate? my trucks a daily driver and ik that a #100 lets the truck get going, then is full fuel, while the #0 plate is always full fuel how much horses would i gain from the #100?

The 100 is a much smoother easier driving plate. I'm not actully sure as far as true dyno numbers. I know there was a thread on it a while back on another site. Everyone I talk to is extremely happy with the #100's
