Default boost hits a wall.

i used to be able to hit 32-35psi with no prob. to day i felt like the truck did not have the grunt it usually does so i put it to the floor and could only hit 25 psi and it just felt like the fuel just wasnt there... how many mile do you guys go before changing your fuel filter? could this be a injector taking a dump? i plan on checking boost elbows and such tomorrow but i dont think i could hit 25 if i had a leaking elbow... or am i wrong on that to.

thanks in advance guys. its my everyday grinder so i would like to catch a small thing before it gets big.

It could be fuel. But my bet is there is a boost leak somewhere. Maybe a boot blew off partially. Try pressurizing the system to check.

Yep. Check all of your clamps. Take an extra hard look at the lower boot on the right side. It's just close enough to part of the core support to get a small hole in it.
