the front end does not need to be remove to do this, just take all the engine components off and then the timing cover. it is a pain to do with all that stuff in but it can be done. i did mine when we had the engine out for rebuild

 

i chopped my stock fuel plate to a #100 last night, curious as to how much my gas mileage is gonna go down.. any ideas anyone,
