Default Rebuilding the 12v ......What would you do?

Im no expert so i will be looking for a guy with experiance with deisel motors to do the work. Its a stock 94 12v with 360kms but i plan on pulling from the dodge and throwing it in a older chevy c20.

I want the most power i can get outa it before it starts lossing fuel mileage.
I need a list of must haves and must does for this thing.

Thanks

if you plan on going through it I would put a schied street performer cam helps lower egts and gives you some more power. oh and I would seriously look into headstuds they are worth the money.

I agree with the 215 pump and maybe some mild injectors and bump the timing

gauges are a great thing to have. knock the kdp project out of the way if have not already. go ahead and put beefy head studs on just so you do not have to later. have fun
