So if I take off the 2-3 lines, when I'm done with the afc put the lines back on and loosen the nut on the bottom going into the pump and crank it over till fuel stats coming out? I just don't wanna screw anything up with my motor.

Leave the tight on the pump side, crack them loose on the nozzle side.

the good news is that you only have to take two lines loose so it will still start on the other four. that's what i did on mine anyway. no problems.
