And a Raptor isn't a bad call either. Or something more hardcore, if that's your thing.

Yea it def. Wont be a raptor.. i had one on my 06cr and it seized up like once a month... put a frame mount filter before it and still seized up.. that thing seized up over a little piece of sand .. so will def go with fass or airdog.. but im not going to put one on unless i have to.. i like all mechanical and trying to keep it that way..

That's been my reasoning for sticking with the stock LP as well. If it ain't broke, don't fix it... and if it is, well. Milk it.

Just read through this whole thread, I'd lde like to go back to the beginning. you may be chasing the wrong problem... or more than one. One of your problems (sounds to me) is that your turbo isn't spinning up fast enough. There are very cost effective ways of diagnosing this and fixing it. I can point you in the right direction if you want as I had a similar prob on my 01 cummins. I just don't know how deep you are. Need help?

Boostlife,

Yes, Please give me a couple tips on how to get my turbo to spool up quicker. I had a low fuel pressure(not that low) issue and I fixed the issue by installing LarryB's fuel pressure adjusting banjo bolt kit & gauge.

However, I have an issue, and it may be normal, being this is my first 12v. From 800-1400rpms, its quick, but from there to 2400rpms, takes 3/4-1 second. I'm thinking that maybe it should spool up quicker than that. I would like to see your advise on creating quicker turbo spooling.

Thanks
