I would do them both also , Valve floating can make some real bad things happen ( like... Hello pistons , Say hi to my valves ..... slam them shut for ya real good ..LOL) .

Change them all, you can buy them from just about everyone that sells upgrade parts. Some places sell a kit to do both, while others make you buy two individual packages of the same springs. Either way you are looking at just over the $100 mark. Check out some of the suppliers here and go from there. Many will also offer the valve spring compressor kit so you are not playing the bring the piston to TDC and hope .

I should add that with out the supporting fuel and air, even with the 4k spring in the Gov. you will not hit 4K. I have had mine pinned and it is easy to keep it under 3000 RPM unless you are A) just not paying attention or B) a complete dumba$$ and likely should not be driving =)

It will be a noticible difference. Also an adjustable fuel relief valve. Is a good upgrade for the price

Yes, the adjustable overflows are real nice, my truck picked up noticeable power and about 1.5 mpg just as a bolt on .... YAY !!!!

Huh, my adjustable OFV didn't make one bit of difference in anything when I installed it. But then, I'm not convinced there was anything wrong with the original one either, I was troubleshooting at the time. I'll go along with everyone else that the 4K kit makes a noticeable difference, not just in redline but across the board as it fuels harder right off the line. Makes the go peddle a little touchy even, when you're on bumpy roads. Spins up very fast. Definitely should have been that way from the factory... not unlike HD transmissions, AFC mods, ah... but I digress. As for the valve springs, if you're going to do half of them you may as well do all of them. Especially if there's even so much as a snowflake's chance in hell that you'll ever want an exhaust brake.
