Everything is in. I didn't have to shorten or lengthen any drive shafts, there was still a lot of play left (not too far to one side). Put on new u-joints and bolts/u-clamps.

Haven't driven the truck and I went down the street to drop it off to Alignment. Speedo doesn't work, probably the gear in the t-case. Will check after holidays

Been out of town this whole time so I couldn't personally work on it much only last few days

 

sweet ... only time you should have to change shaft length is if you went to a 271

 

Alright, I lined up the gear (didnt notice when I put it in that it was off to the side so you have to set it up once you put the drive shaft in)

She works again! Only drove maybe 5 km with tach not working so the real mileage is not off
