Blows white smoke. Slightly dead pedal. Very very little power. Idle surges up and down at idle...... so what's my problem? 99 3500 cummins. All stock . No check engine light on. Fluids good

Well I reset the apps and the truck is the same. I ordered a new lift pump and it should be here in a few days. And if that ain't my problem then I'll do injectors

. I wanna get a pressure fuel gauge for inside the cab. ..... where do they tap into the fuel system at? Thanks
