i have a 95 3500 dodge with a v10 and i want to swap the 12 valve out of my 94 into it. they are both autos, i just want to know what if will need anything else since the trannys are the same and i have both wiring harnesses

 

if I can swap a 12 valve into a 1975 el camino... then you should be fine. LoL.

 

Since you have both trucks it should be a piece of cake to swap!

 

if you are using the tranny off the V10 you have to get the torque converter rebuilt from the cummins...

 

what if i just bought a new TC for the cummins

 

or that but the trannys intechange...

That V10 is a GAS GUZZLER to say the least, i know you will love that cummins

i did swap a Cummins from my 96CTD into my 95 360 gasser 1500...

everything would bolt right up but i had to use all the electrics from the CTD frame, the only electrics i could use from the gasser were interior electronics..
