Fuel Filter change.
1996 Dodge 12V,
What is the right procedure for a Fuel Filter change out? I have done it three or four times but I dont know how to bleed off and prime the system correctly. I know the FUEL TRANSFER PUMP has a weep hole/ drain but I have a hard time locating it. What I would like to know is there a right way and or a wrong way when changing out a fuel filter and the right steps to take to prime up the system. Thanks
