Default still losing coolant

Well I posted on here about losing coolant no leaks and I just went and did the head gasket for my peace of mind and it still seems to be leaking now I sen that someone mentioned something about it leaking through the heat exchanger now how would I go about fixing that? I've searched and can't find anything that really answers my question.... Ooo when I did the gasket I had arp head studs installed
