HYDRO BOOST BRAKES

Default HYDRO BOOST BRAKES

Ok guys dont know much on the whole situation just did a little research. So the 96 cummins just have vacum brakes and why cant i just get the system off a 97 and bolt right up and just get the lines made. And how can i tell if my truck doesnt have the hydro boost brake already also how bad is the vacum i havent had no problems yet but havent towed many heavy loads just wondering guys any input would be cool.

If you have hydraulic lines going to the brake booster it's hydro. If you have a single vacum hose to the booster you have vacum boost.
