Well i detailed my engine this past weekend and came across under my passenger battery holder solid rust all the way thru. I would like to get it fixed cause my battery holder or box wont bolt down to good. whats the best way to go about this would like to change the whole inner fender if that is possible.

 

the fenders are a solid unit, if you take the fender off the inner fender comes with it...

i've seen these trucks rust out under the doors and at the beginning of the wheel wells but never inside the engine compartment... my guess is that it blew a battery at some time...

you will have to replace that fender...
