No idea, but my 12V with only a filter and exhaust hits 30psi, I'd like to think you could have done it with the smarty and a boost fooler, but I wouldn't really know.
I do know I don't like the Powerstrokes though, we have about twenty in the fleet at work from 1996-2012, and I don't like a single one of them. Our chipped ones make some crazy power, but they just plain rub me wrong. We put a Hot+2 programmer on our '08 Duramax and deleted the DPF though, and that thing is a fookin rocket. Sounds like some sort of space ship winding up when you accelerate. By comparison, all our Cummins trucks sound like a pissed off school bus, which is acceptable too. The Powerstrokes just sound like they want to grenade, and there's nothing sexy about that at all.

It never really occurred to me until I started noticing school kids looking anxiously up the road before I was in view to see wtf was coming, then turn around and stop paying attention as soon as they see it's a pickup truck not the bus they're waiting for. But it doesn't sound like any old school bus anymore with an aftermarket exhaust, and "pissed off" is about as good a clarification as I can think of.

Oh, totally. I don't think I've ever said it and not gotten a laugh.
Two sides of the same point, it's both humorous and effective.
