1995 Dodge Cummins 3500 12 valve fuel filter

Its a spin on/off filter how do i disconnect the cables/hose on the bottom?

the same as you take the filter off unplug the the wires spin off filter and then un screw the drain.. then screw it all back together again.. dont forget to fill the filter with some diesel b4 install. better for start
