My bud has a 1996 12 valve and he was driving home from work yesterday. he started to go up a slight grade and went to give more fuel and it didnt gain any power or rpms. the truck started to drop rpms and shut off and wont start back up he was asking me what i would do but i havent had this problem.
It was the lift pump

04.5 dodge cummings
p2122 p2121 tps /apps codes dead pedal
i changed tps several times no change ($300)
callerberated to no change
look for loose wire didnt find any
just replace ecm ($1,000) no change
any ideas?
