Im gonna stud the whole motor. And I was lookin some where between 550 and 600

Ok so now I have another question. Instead of doing the 96 motor what if I just put the cam injectors turbo valve springs and head studs on my 94 truck that I drive daily?

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

Also on my 94 motor there's a lot of oil spray around the injection pump and dip stick tube what could cause that?

could be a tappet cover gasket, make sure your breather is not cloged

Building the 94 will work just fine. 550 is a pretty easy number to hit now a days, your on the right track with the head studs, springs, ect.

no need to pull the motor ... all you will need is a good turbo, injectors, pump tweeking, head studs, and valve springs

you said you want to stud the bottom, are you talking about girdle?

you dont need one with small HP levels.

I would do what 94 12valve says.
good luck with the build.
