yea PPE is one of the top guys in my build for my Duramax. i want thier stage 5 tranny kit, dual fueler, intercooler, the list goes on, but i was lookin at duramaxtuner.com and it makes it sound like EFI live rly isnt worth it until i have bigger injectors and a larger turbo... So i may end up just sticking with the edge for now

what do you think about the ppe lift pump aswell? I have been eyeing that

 

EFI live can tune from stock levels all the way to virtually unlimited, don't shy away from it, if you ask people who have used edge vs EFI live i bet you 100% of the people who made the switch would do it again

My truck is nearly stock, all i have done is modify the stock airbox, cut out the muffler and cat and block the EGR off, everything else is stock

i have a DSP5 tune from duramax tuner, it is transmission safe, i dont have injectors or turbo charger, and i have one tune that is completely stock, one that adds about 30hp, one that adds about 60hp, one that adds about 80hp and one that adds 110hp, and the nice thing about it all is that I can modify any of those tunes at any time I want

Can't do that with an Edge

As for the PPE pump, I can't say, never heard of many who use it, Most guys go with an Airdog or FASS pump, as they add extra filtration over the stock unit and a higher flow of fuel to the CP3
