Is it worth it
I have a 2003 Chevy K3500 duallie with the LB7 duramax. Two years ago all the injectors were replaced. It is now having injector issues again. The truck has 187000 miles on it. I have an intake, exhaust, and programmer. The blue book trade in value is $11800 and it is going to cost around $4000 to replace all eight injectors. Is it really worth the replacement or should I just cut it loose and get something newer? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Well if you sell it with injector issues my guess is who ever looks at the truck is going to just want to deduct the cost of injector replacement off of the asking price no?
It's a tough call, especially with an LB7, cause you could replace all 8 again and be doing the same thing next year.

I would trade it in. As far as a dealer knowing, unless they run an injector test prior to taking it they will never know. The only signs right now are that it will blow white smoke after idling for 5 to 10 minutes, and that is only for the first 100 feet after you take off then it quits.
