Default Diesel leak when cold

My 99 F350 leaks diesel only when it is cold, I looked underneath and it is dripping down over the starter motor but I cannot see where it is coming from, the valley looks dry?
Has anyone had the same problem?

The fuel drain o rings will leak when it gets cold. Diesel runs in the valley and out the back of the engine. Replacement O-rings for Ford Diesel Engines
