Default Head light assy

My head light assy/lenses on my 2000 PSD as everyone else's is very dim, I don't want to clean them or buff them up or what ever to restore I want to upgrade and I want to up grade to the 2002 PSD assemblies. I have found them for as low as $60 for composite but.......my question is this....can I just buy the assembly and they will mount in with my existing turnsig/marker light assy? OR do I have to buy the whole thing?

just the headlight part is all you need, they mount all the same, just different lens is all

I switched to a 2005 assembly. Much brighter! But Lange503 is right.

Thank you very much Lange! So what your saying Ocean is an 05 head light assy will work in my 2000?? I did not know this? Let me know if this is true, I'd rather go with this then!

Thank you to both of you!
Esson.

i'm not sure on the 2005 fitting or not??? i know my halo lights are a single piece and i bet they are the exact same size as a 05 headlight? go to the dealer or somewhere where you can see before you spend a couple hundred bucks on a set of headlights that don't fit ya know?

You have to trim a bit where the assembly will sit, and it bolts right in using the same mounting holes. I got my kit from E-Bay. Both lights, with all bulbs, and connection harness (the connecters is different), for around $180 shipped. Trim, bolt, plug n play...I wanna say it took an hour and a half-ish.
