just another transmission question

So I noticed my transmission jumping out of over drive today. Took it to a transmission shop and they lookedat Iit and say a bad ground and or my alternator acting up. Anyone have any input on this?! Thank you

Yes it is a common problem. It happened to me too. Clean all your grounds and if you still have problems get a BD apps noise isolator.

Also trace the small wires that are attached to the negative cables to where they attach to the body in the engine bay and clean those as well.
