Default Help vp44 issues

Hey there I'm new to this site but I'm having some serious issues. The other night I went out to my truck an tried to start it and had to crank on it for about 40 seconds before it would sputter to life. After it started I drove it without any issues. The two days later it did the same thing so this time I bumped the starter and let it run for the 25 sec or so then it started just fine. I did notice a small puddle of fuel under the tank so I traced the issue to the in tank pump and figured it was sucking air into the line. That night I was driving and notice my rpms dropping at a stop light and it wanted to die. So I revved it up and made it into a parking lot where it stalled and would not start. I replaces the in tank fuel module and still couldn't get it to start and replaced the cps still nothing. Replaced the IP and and I still can't get the truck to run. It will run when you spray diesel starting fluid in it and I can tell I am getting fuel to the pump but not through it. I hot wires the pump and can hear the solenoid click in it but that's it. Is it possible that they sent me a bad replacement part or should I be looking at something else. Hope someone can help me I'm having to drive a car!!!

check you fuel pressure from the lift pump to the injection pump and see if it will finally pull thru the injection pump, my buddies 01 died after the Lift pump died.. other than that check for codes and see if anything comes up..

It's hard telling if I have bad fuel because I'm not getting it through the pump I have fuel all the up to it but none going into the injector lines.
