Default 6.7 cummins motor

I am looking for a 6.7 running or not. Need whole thing "long block", don't need the electronics cause I'm wanting it for a p-pump project. thanks message me if you have one.

Gonna' take some drilling and tapping to make a pre-2003 timing case fit a Commonrail.
Some holes also have to be plugged and re-machined.

The cam, crank, oil pump and injection pump gears are also going to need changed, as they are cut differently on the Commonrails.
The oil pan won't fit without some mods, as well.

Then there's injector issues.

I've looked into mechanical injection on one and it's definitely something that can be done, but you should be prepared for a lot of tedious work verifying what will and won't work, not to mention the machining costs and Trail and Error to get particulars like timing and fueling sorted out for maximum efficiency.

I've done some research and found some ideas on what can work as far as injectors and such.
I am also very SURE that someone else has already done up a mechanically injected 6.7, but they are keeping the particulars of it to themselves.

Mark.

it can be done, scheid sells all the parts, keating machine also makes the billet timing case to do it dont even have to cut the cast intake off with their housing. you can use 24v injectors just modified tubes is all you need, oh and 24v injector hold downs.

i quoted one of these builds for a guy last year but it was more then he wanted to spend in the end, since the timing housing alone is just under $2000

Please keep us updated, I feel like this is gonna be a SICK project.
I know there has to be a way. They make mechanical kits for a 7.3, so they have to make one for a 6.7. However, how are you gonna work up all the gauges (like the tach) to work? Aren't those electronic?
