yeah it was $800. I was thinking of getting it just to turn around and sell it for a slight profit.
I missed out on a sweet one. I called this morning and it was gone last night for $700
WTF!

http://longisland.craigslist.org/car/429802422.html

that would have been a sweet rig. that thing was in good shape. the rims are called MONSTER rims are wicked expensive.
It was on craigslist for over a month. I never check on that one because its by the city and would rather not come anywhere near it.

that was a hell of a deal!!! that's pretty fair on the sammy too. you can get 31's on them without a ton of work from what i've read.

i like craigslist for cheap wheels. there is always a good deal cooking if you look. that's where i got my 4runner from.

yeah there is another CJ7 with a running V8 and 33s that has good body that I am going to look at for a 1000. the body is just bondoed and primered. which is fine because I plan on doing an olive drab paint job

yeah that's a fair price. you can weld up pieces of plate steel to keep the body together if you need to. like you said it don't have to be pretty.

well, in my experience quads tend to hold up better and are usually cheaper and easier to fix. i've yet to bust a CV, ball joint, etc on my wheeler but i tended to kill axle and steering parts almost everytime i went wheeling.

yeah I agree with ya Johnny. But the family cant fit on 1 4 wheeler and for the price of a 4 wheeler I can get a nice jeep or something for cheaper.
I wont be beating this its just to get around the property.

I know where there is a 95 Jeep Cherokee 4x4 4.0L 5-speed for $500. No title, but if you are only using it as a trail rig then there is no problem, just make sure you get a bill of sale. PM me if interested and I can give you his contact info.

Nope, not that I know of. I was going to buy it for parts for mine, but bought the parts instead. PM on its way.
