4th gen dually spare needed

they have some 09's on the lot and they look alot like our trucks are they 3rd or 4th gen's... either way i'm still looking for a dually rim for a spare 03 on up should fit. i also could use the jack with the mounting plate for under the seat

... now does anyone have an 03 and up dually rim,jack, under seat jack mounting plate... none of the junk yards or tire place have any...
