Hey Gang...

I got a local guy here that has some serious damage to a engine. It had a run away condition and now its got a hell of a knock. So he want to out right replace it. So does anyone have a lead on a good running 2002 Cummins 24V SO engine???

 

Wouldnt be yours would it?

Guy's name Dave he's a local cattle rancher. I been warning him to get a Pyro for his truck but ignored me and now blown a turbo... Then had a local guy change the turbo then had a run away. Buried the tach and then some (guessing at 6K-8K rpm's).

Now its got a horrible knock... I wonder why???

So it was sent off to a shop in Parma, ID to have a VP44 put on it??? What?!? But never pulled the head or the pan... So what ever is damaged was NOT repaired and Dave want to replace the engine. It's quickier to get his truck back on the road...

Sad but true there isn't a 24V 2002 engine to be had out of that listing... Lots of industrial engines and truck engines though...

There is 8 2003 3rd Gen engines for sale and I found a few 12V p-pump engines...
