I agree. If you are shy on power the intake is likely carbonned up. It takes about 6 hours to remove, clean and reinstall if it is really bad.

The first time you remove it (or try) it will take some thought as it is hard to get out, not impossible though.

Codes sould also be a result of a dead MAF or broken or leaking vac line or any version there of.

WELP...got the Dodge back...and the wife has the car again........

BUT when I changed my coolant temp sensor (Which fixed my CEL issues) i noted a small coolant leak on the fnt lower part of the engine....i didn’t have time to mess with looking for it and pressure testing for it...but just wanted to know if there are any common leak points on the fnt of the engine...it seemed to be more around the injection pump area...but it leaked down and ran...so it was hard to pinpoint an exact location....

Ill get a pressure washer and clean all the red crust off and pressure test it one day to find the thing (BUT For now...its holding coolant and I got my wife to keep an eye on the coolant level)...but wanted to see if there were any common points to keep my eye on.....thanks!

I don't see TDi's leak coolant. My guess though is, there is a plastic coolant flange that probably let loose and is leaking. I see these flanges leak more so on the 2.0 and 1.8 gas engines.

Im guessing its that 3 bolt plastic flange that goes through the bracket by the injection pump? Maybe the lower coolant line from the Radiator.....it was plastic....Simple o-ring fix in most cases? Or new Flange? Now that you mention it i think i remember seeing a "Bridge" of coolant residue between the flange and bracket...but wasn’t 100% sure.....ill have to put some pressure to it.......

OOO yeah...you will like this....im getting to the point where i am going to do my stacks......Yeah...im going to have to get new pipes for even me! haha.....the junk i have left over just isn’t worth messing with.......i apparently sold the ONLY 2 good pieces........to the guy you first saw the post on over at DTR.......

You'll need the flange. It's plastic and they warp!

I was going to with a 6'in stack on the new truck, but now I'm think'n maybe 7'in!
