Default Pulling with a flat bed

I was reading the "stock" class as my truck is pretty much stock minus the FASS pump and exhaust. It says your bed must retail all factory sheet metal.

So having this bed with the built in hitch and everything does that force me up a class?

Im pretty sure its not the flatbed keeping mopower out of the stock class..... I'd call whoever is putting the pull on and ask them about it
