we just put a S363/68/.88T4 non gated on a buddys 06 dodge with stock everything except the clutch. with the efi live tune the charger spools very nice and makes +45psi. it worked out well enough on his that i ordered another one today for our SRW megacab. really nice charger and really nice price coming in around $950 brand new

what would a gated one cost? im not opposed to an external gate just admire simplicity under my hood.

that is something else i have been pontering over. the differences in performance between the T3 and T4 foot?

going to gated chargers you start getting over $1300. as far as a performance different between T3 and T4 it would say its more of just a housing options thing then actually a performance difference. options for T3 are .76 and .85 non gated .70 and .80 gated and T4 is .88 undivided non gated .91 divided non gated. i really like the 68 turbine we have a 64/68/.80 gated on top of a S480 on a customers truck and drive pressure is 1:1 all the way up to 60psi then at 70psi drive is only 80psi

t4 will out flow the t3 housing, once you see them side by side you will see how big of a difference it is between the two. gated its gonna be in the 1600 range I'd guess.

hey guys this is some very helpful info, thank you
is there a noticable lag difference between the T3 a T4 due to the size difference?

yes, but its not very bad IMO. On a street/puller up my is running an s466 74/83 turbine in a .9 divided T4 ... she is fully lit right at 1900rpm. Depending how tight your converter is also plays a part in it in my example his is a stock stall.
