Ok let me clear the truck dynoed a little over 1000hp and it is a sled pulling truck not a street truck and the clutch was used for one pulling season.

The differance between the sprung and the rigid I believe is mainly noise the rigid being a lot louder..

Imo i would just go with a 3850. I couldnt tell the difference between a sbc 3600 and 3850 pressure plate when dd. My clutch has 10-15 hooks as a 3600 and swapped in a 3850 and have another 40 hooks on it and is in great shape.

I will only be hooking about 3 times a year. I think I'm gonna end up going with the south bend 3600 DD street comp rigid. Thanks for all your help guys. Oh and I don't think I'll ever need a triple Luke hahaha

i went with ductile clutch a little cheaper and works great. ive also heard to check kennys pullin parts they say way better clutch for just a little more money and less pedal press. mine is also the 3600 and have not had any problems love it so far about 10-12 hooks and several boosted launches
