Default I Am Going To Hook Up

Ok, guys. I think that this weekend I am finally biting the bullet and hooking up to a sled. Is there anything I need to worry about? Any advice? I am excited and nervous at the same time.

You really dont wanna look at the gauges...
If you do you will get sick.

4-Low
Leave it in drive
hold the brake to build about 7 ponds of boost at teh line. Let off the brake easy and feed it more go pedal easy so that you are wide open 30-40 feet out the hole. Dont let up till the flag man throws the flag at you.

I guess I could always use some black tape just in case.
So, tow/haul or O/D off?
Would the boost build hurt my mostly stock truck?

Looks like I had better get to work on my truck in that case.
