here is our newest in house product
these are made from 1.750 soild aluminum and feature lazer cut and cnc bent frame and axle brackets as well as poly "ballistic joints" from ballistic fab and are threded right and left hand for easy length adjustment and are hexed on each end for a 1-1/2" wrench
all will be built after the order is placed and because they are application specific price will depend on application, the set featured are for a quad cab short bed 3rd gen but also fit a 2nd gen reg cab long bed.
sizes range from 48"-96" in aluminum mild steel and stainless steel also soild hex material or fluted round stock
also a note for drag racers the 60" bars pictured above are only around 5 lbs each for the bar alone...in fact the ballistic joints make up allmost 50% of the total weight

Yes they are weld on only but the frame brackets are slightly wider then the frame so it would be possible to make them bolt on by adding a plate to the bracket. The axle brackets could be changed for a set that would replace the bottom ubolt plate.
48" - $600
60" - $650
80" - $700
96" - $750
making any of the above bolt on would add around $50
