Default Help me figure out what size lift I have?

I just got back from omaha ne with this new to me 2008 ram 2500 mega cab lifted truck , o it`s got the 6.7L cummins!! Help me figure out what size lift I have, the dealership knew nothing about it the lift at all what size , lift compant , nothing, no surprise there!! Anyway it has 37x13.50 r20 toyo mt ties, In the the rear it`s running stock springs with 0ne 5" block. Not sure were to measure anything in the front. I had a 1996 dodge 2500 diesel, 1998 dodge 2500 gaser, 1999 dodge 3500 diese and for the past 10 years Ive had my 02 ford f250 7.3 diesel, so I have alot to learn about dodges again! Anyway if you have any input on how I can figure out what size lift I have that will be great!! I belevie the lift kit or parts of the kit are from bds suspension. This is a bds dual/triple front shock mount and the powerder coating on iy matches the coating on the long arms . Thanks for your help!!
