Default New shock selection

Hey all I know it's not diesel related, but I traded my powerstroke for a 03 f150 fx4 edition a few weeks bam and it has a small lift, looks to be some body maye 2-3 inches and has blocks on rear axle. It currently has rancho shocks o it but there bout shot and I was wondering can I just go to parts store and get oem shocks or do I need to get certain ones since it's lifted?

Thanks
Adam

Pretty sure you can get oem. Just make sure tell them its lifted 2 or 3in.you might check out kyb brand for less money.

Most parts stores sell extended shocks for lifts. You just need to find someone who knows what they are doing
